Resumes/Cover Letters

1. Pick your service by submitting a writing inquiry form we will contact you within 12 hours of submission.

2. Receive a next steps email with our ELAB Client Agreement, invoice, and questionnaire

3. Allow 7-14 business days for document/service completion--upon receipt of payment, signed client agreement, questionnaire, and jobs you plan to apply for

4. Receive a draft of your document to review, the drafting process includes unlimited revisions

5. Receive your final draft in a Word and PDF file

Career Coaching & Mock Interviews

1. Pick your service by submitting a writing inquiry form we will contact you within 12 hours of submission.

2. You will receive a next steps email with a short questionnaire so we can learn a little more about you and the areas you need assistance on.

3. Once the questionnaire is received you will receive instructions to book your session

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due in full the day of your scheduled session.

ATS is a software recruiters use to filter applicants through the hiring and recruitment process. This software scans resumes for relevant keywords such as skills, job titles, and education to determine who should move to the next phase of the hiring process.

All ELAB Resumes are ATS friendly, properly formatted with relevant keywords and quantitative data to increase your chance of interviews.

Payment must be made in full prior to any work being started. We accept ACH Transfers, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Apple Pay.

All purchases are final once payment is received. However, we are very flexible and will do our best to work with you to ensure the results you are looking for.

Please advise client privacy is top priority. Any data shared by our clients is kept confidential. If you ever need a copy of your documents, please feel free to contact us. Documents will be kept on file 1 year from completion of service.

Our Career coaching services are for individuals who feel stuck, discouraged or struggling with their job search. You can decide the topics and questions you want to discuss. This service targets areas of: Identifying Interests, Assessing Goals, Resume/LinkedIn Review, Opportunity Alignment, Salary Negotiation and establishing next steps to keep with market trends.

If you do not have a target position you are interested in applying to, we highly suggest booking a coaching session. ELAB does not write general resumes.

ELAB writes resumes and cover letters for all clients across various industries.

For resumes, cover letters or any custom writing projects you will receive 2 versions of your documents in a PDF and Word file. The PDF file is suggested for sharing and job applications to preserve the formatting. The Word version allows you to edit your document if needed.

Yes! Standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days. If you need your document sooner we offer these options:

1. Same Day (Monday-Thursday if received by 12pm EST) $150

2. Next Day (Monday-Thursday) $100

3. 2 Day (Monday-Thursday) $75

4. 3 Day (Monday-Thursday) $50

5. Weekend (Friday-Saturday) $120

   There may be times expedited prices are unavailable. Holidays are not included.
